A Sunday club built on getting mates out of their own heads. Runs, hikes, the odd mountain — whatever gets people out the door.

It started from working together — realising Sundays can feel quiet, slow, and for a lot of people, heavy. It's often the day everything catches up with you. For a lot of men, struggles stay unspoken, and that silence can be dangerous. So we shared ideas and started the club early this year.
Since then it's become something much bigger than a run club — a support system, a routine, and for many, a reason to get out of bed and show up. Both of us have struggled with our own mental health in the past, and running's been one of the best tools we've found to deal with it. The community this has built is one we rely on, and we're genuinely grateful for it.
The Andy's Man Club connection is where our own story started — but the club itself is for everyone. Whoever you are, whatever pace you run at, you're welcome on a Long Sunday.
So check in on your mates. Start that conversation. That's the actual point of a Long Sunday.

Sunday mornings, three paces, one meeting point.

Longer days out when the legs want something other than splits.
Toubkal was the first. Not the last one either.
Occasional cold water dips in the North Sea. Not always about distance.
Walking, cycling, and running with Nando's for their Miles for Malaria campaign — the first of hopefully many charity partnerships.
North Africa's highest peak, climbed in June by Will, Jack, and friends — each raising funds for their own chosen charity.

A cooperative 3.5km loop, repeated for 14 hours straight. Organised and run by the club.
Next Sunday, 9:30am. Come find out why we haven't missed one.
Meet point drops every Thursday — follow along so you don't miss it.
